"My fridge broke and I went to Kim Agencies to try to find a new one, which would fit under my kitchen unit.
They said it would take a week to order one, but when I said that was too long, they offered to loan me one for no extra charge. They even delivered and installed it.
When my fridge came, they unwrapped it and installed it under the kitchen unit. It was wonderful."

Thanks so much again for everything - we are both extremely pleased with the Maytag! - (saying that, I think I am!...haven't actually looked at it or tried it yet.. was too late by the time we put it together, but hopefully it will be exactly what I expected it to be - if it's not don't worry, I'll be in touch!!! - Joke!)
More importantly thank you for everything....We were really pleased with you on the purchase of our last fridge freezer hence why we returned to Kim Agencies again. The service has been fantastic. Not many companies, in fact I don't know of any company that would come out at 10pm at night to help you bring a fridge indoors!!
Thanks again for everything...We'll both definitely be back for the other appliances and possibly the kitchen too - please let me know once you have completed the catalogue.

Dear Bej,
Thank you for a great services regarding our built in dishwasher. When my dishwasher went wrong we called you and you where recommend by my neighbour you came the next day and as you checked the machine and advised on the cost of repair as well as the new one was working out better.
We fixed a time for the day after and you delivered it, installed, take the old dishwasher & the packing away.
I must say I have never seen a company take pride in their work by showing a live demonstration on how to use the dishwasher.
You do know your stuff. I will never use anyone else I will come for all my appliances and repairs to you.

We placed order of the washing machine on 07/10/09 and you delivered it on 08/10/09.
I had gone to Currys and Comet and the lead time was 7 days.
